Highland

 

Highland meat package from approximately 11 kg to 13 kg

Each piece is identified and vacuum packed.

 

The package consists of an assortment of all pieces *:

 

  • Flank steak
  • Rump steak
  • Pieces for pot au feu, kind of stew (with and without bone)
  • “Boeuf mode”
  • Rib steak
  • Rib of beef
  • “Bourguignon” (stew with red wine)
  • Rib eye
  • Steak
  • Low rib to grill
  • Joint of beef
  • Meat for “fondue”
  • Merguez (100% pure beef)

Lambs

Leg of lamb, shoulder, chops, stew, neck

 

Half cut lamb (about 9 kg)

or

Whole lamb cut (about 18 kg)

 

Uncut whole carcass (about 20 kg) 

Poultry

Chicken ready to cook (certified Label Rouge)

 

Guinea fowl ready to cook (certified Label Rouge)

 

Pork

 

Pork parcels from about 9 kg to 11 kg
